Cooper’s PrintWorks is located in Tower Hamlets, a borough in East London, which is brushed by the City, the primary central business district. The complex resides in a quiet neighbourhood with Regent’s Canal right on its doorstep.
Within a 6-minute walk along the canal is Victoria Park, one of the most popular green spaces in London. Aside from strolling around the decorative gardens, green alleyways, and grasslands with a couple of picturesque lakes, the park offers a wide array of sport facilities, including tennis courts, cricket pitches, a bowling green, and an athletic field.
Also, it takes less than 10 minutes to reach other green spaces such as Haggerston Park, Middleton Green, Ion Square Gardens, and Bethnal Green Gardens, so there is a great variety to choose from.
In addition, it is easy to navigate the city as Cambridge Heath Station is only 2 minutes away. By train, you can get from Cooper’s PrintWorks to Liverpool Street in just 7 minutes.
Cooper’s PrintWorks is a redevelopment of a former printing factory. The traditional brick façade gives off the old industrial building vibe. However, accompanied by sleek floor-to-ceiling windows, it breathes new life into the complex, transforming it into an urban chic construction. Comprising 5 storeys, the building has a unique form with the left part of the fourth floor reserved for a terrace, creating a dip in the façade. The fifth floor, in turn, has a smaller terrace, turning the top left section of the building into a series of cascading levels, resembling stairs.
Security-conscious, Cooper’s PrintWorks is equipped with an audio entry system. In addition, the units come with fully-integrated smoke detectors and a fire alarm system.
The top floor is home to a communal garden available to all residents. For easier navigation between the floors, the complex is equipped with a lift.
Also, Cooper’s PrintWorks provides its homeowners with secure cycle storage.
Cooper’s PrintWorks features 11 units in total, comprised of one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartments. The interior of these warehouse-style homes come in one of the two possible palettes.
The fully-fitted kitchens are equipped with Bosch appliances, including an electric oven, an integrated dishwasher, and a telescopic hob. The units come in either a matte chalk-white or dusk blue finish.
In the bathroom, you can choose between matte stainless steel and flat black sanitaryware.
