What is the architectural style of the complex?

Standing along Spurstowe Terrace, the 5-storey building displays a battered-looking sandy brick façade with enormous space reserved for windows and balconies. However, the floor-to-ceiling windows occupy only half of that space, while the rest is covered with a sleek grey brick pattern, adding colour to the overall look. The stacked balconies are decorated with black railings. Instead of the brick façade, the top floor opts for more contemporary-looking grey panels with glass railings sheltering the spacious balconies.
