Spread across 1,7 hectares, Manor Place Depot comprises three apartment blocks with a courtyard at the heart of it. The mid-rise development features a mix of light and red brick façades. The buildings benefit from spacious balconies that come with either glass balustrades or simple straight-line metal railings that, in some cases, are coupled with light-coloured panels dotted with round holes.
