The Levett Building is stretched along Little Britain Street. The façade exhibits elegant light-coloured bricks that encompass immense floor-to-ceiling windows and stacked balconies with straight-line railings. The building is decorated with bronze elements that add a burst of colour to the traditional facade.

Hidden behind the Levett Building is Percival House. Its architecture echoes the design of its neighbour with the same light-coloured bricks and bronze elements. However, the balcony railings form a series of narrow diamonds instead of straight lines. Percival House is endowed with incredible views of St Bartholomew the Great.
