Cadence comprises a 6-sided perimeter block with a courtyard at the centre. The new complex includes 2 towers of 11 and 15 storeys with an intermediate 4-storey shoulder. Presenting a modern take on classical architecture, the striking red-brick façade features Bézier curved arches at the ground and top levels of Cadence. The landmark structure is peppered with an array of different-shaped floor-to-ceiling windows that are arranged in a playful way. Complementing the unique style of the new development, the Juliet balconies sport simple straight-line railings.

What is on the territory of Cadence?

The focal point of the new development is a beautifully landscaped central courtyard. Sheltered from the buzzing streets, the leafy area comes with a tranquillity water feature that creates a serene atmosphere for all residents to enjoy.
