Audley Villages

The history of the company began in 1983 when Nick Sanderson and Dr Andrew MacDonald founded Beaumont Healthcare. Later the company was renamed to Audley Villages. In 1984, the company opened the UK's first private dedicated nursing home. Then, over three years, 12 more nursing homes were opened with excellent service. The number of new developments grew every year. 

Over time, the company has transformed the traditional nursing home concept into something completely different: the very first luxury nursing homes in the UK. And 30 years later, the home builder has grown into a successful company with two real estate brands in the UK: Audley Villages and Mayfield Villages and EVIA in Denmark. A solid foundation and innovative thinking are underlined by the support the company has received from major financial institutions such as the Moorfield Group.
