Today Galliford Try specializes in the construction, motorway and environment markets.

Between 2001 and 2015, Galliford Try expanded its housing stock by acquiring small businesses. This list included companies such as Gerald Wood Homes, Chartdale, Kendall Cross, Linden Homes, and Rosemullion Homes. In 2010, all individual housing divisions were renamed to Linden Homes. Shepherd Homes was also added in 2015. 

Since 2010, over £132m has been committed to improving the local communities in which Linden Homes builds house developments.
