About the Developer

Fairview New Homes was founded in 1961. Since then, the company has been building residential buildings in and around London, ranging from detached houses in quiet areas with developed infrastructure to apartments in the bustle of the city. The residential complexes created by this developer represent both a small collection of cosy houses in the village and large-scale projects for the restoration of many apartments. Predominantly Fairview New Homes builds quality homes at an affordable price that allow many people who dream of their own home to finally get it. Also, one of the company's priorities is to transform abandoned sites into new dynamic areas. This can be seen in particular in Colindale, northwest London, with the Pulse complex, located on a former local hospital site. This project has been the flagship for the company for five years. It demonstrates experience and skill in converting unnecessary urban areas and great new communities. The projects such as Rhythm and Edition have resulted in over 1,500 new homes. Fairview New Homes has also invested over £ 11 million in its Colindale development.

At the moment, the development team consists of more than 200 professionals who work for the benefit of the company in various fields. There are employees here who specialize in building, selling, planning and buying land. In addition, Fairview New Homes provides opportunities to implement their professional skills for high school graduates and people with years of experience in the industry. Also, developer projects always offer hundreds of new jobs for contractors.

The construction company always stands for cooperation and interaction with the communities in which it creates new homes because this is the only way to create the perfect place to live. As part of this process, Fairview New Homes staff visited schools, spoke with children about the housing industry, and made donations to community initiatives and groups.
