What is the architectural style of the building?

The Residences complex was designed by the renowned company Rogers Stirk Harbor + Partners (RSHP), and whose architects have designed many iconic buildings around the planet. The new complex is the result of inspiration from the past and future. The grandiose façade has the proportions of the finest buildings of the Georgian era. The floor-to-ceiling windows alternate with 1.5 metre long hand-made Italian bricks and are accented with Juliet balconies. A glass atrium and glass elevator shafts fill the public areas with natural light.
