Visually, the façade of the high-rise building is divided into three parts. The central piece exhibits the traditional brick pattern with stacked balconies and glass railings. The first six storeys of the right section repeat the silhouette of the middle part, but the walls are painted in a sandy tone. The third part protrudes from the central piece and is covered by a combination of glass and turquoise panels, creating an intricate pattern that is mimicked by the top levels of the right side.
