Formed in 1968 by Tony Barlett and Mervyn Dunnington-Jefferson, Marldon was conceived as a small company to build residential homes for private clients. However, it is now an award-winning partnership dedicated to the professional design and construction of houses in central London. The company has a solid portfolio of exciting projects and outstanding experience in creating residential and commercial properties for sale and rent. Industry awards include the Corporation of London Considerate Contractor Gold Award, City Heritage Award, Civic Trust Award winners 2006: Mention, and others. Marldon also owns The Rockwell Hotel near Earl's Court and the serviced apartments operated by Blueprint Living Apartments.
