Clarion Housing

Clarion Housing is part of Clarion Housing Group, the largest housing association in the United Kingdom. Clarion Housing Group emerged out of the amalgamation of Affinity Sutton and Circle Housing Group in 2016. The company owns and manages around 125,000 homes, spread across more than 170 local authorities, that accommodate about 360,000 people.

Clarion Housing Group includes different commercial and not-for-profit subsidiaries, such as Clarion Housing, a housing association founded in 2018, Clarion Futures, a charitable organisation launched in 2017, Latimer, a private development company, and Regulation, a non-profit distributing housing association.  

The core belief of Clarion Housing states that everybody deserves a high-quality home. The company dedicates itself to supporting residents and delivering affordable homes. Striving to fulfil its social purpose, Clarion Housing doesn’t distribute profits. Alternatively, the company reinvest the money to enhance its developments and contribute to the charity.
