The Property Alliance Group was founded in 1993 by David Russell, the current CEO, and is based in Manchester. Today the company is led by a team of qualified RICS real estate professionals with years of experience in various real estate sectors in the local market. The home builder primarily works in and around Manchester, the Northwest and many other cities throughout the UK.

The Property Alliance Group's portfolio consists of properties of various types, including industrial, hotel, entertainment, office and residential house developments valued at over £260 million. The company team consists of 60 people, who have proven themselves through the implementation of high-quality, iconic projects and achievement of record rents, as well as the successful transfer of distressed assets in cooperation with banks or private clients and building strong relationships with tenants, maintaining a consistently low level of invalidity.

Since 2009, the Property Alliance Group has completed tenant-led construction worth £43 million. Since 2011, the company has been involved in the management and sale of 64 new developments worth £271 million. In just 28 years of professional activity, the developer has completed numerous deals worth over £500 million.
